3. Records held by Yebo Yum
3.1 Records published or available without a formal request

3.2 Records held subject to a PAIA request
- Customer account records (limited to records concerning the requester themselves, unless the requester is a public body or shows public-interest grounds).
- Order, payment, and refund records.
- Partner agreements and correspondence.
- Internal corporate records (Memorandum of Incorporation, share register, board resolutions).
- Tax and financial records (kept for the periods required by SARS).
- Employment records (where applicable).
3.3 Records held in terms of other legislation

4. How to request access
- A request must be made on the prescribed form (Form 02 or Form C, available from the Information Regulator).
- Submit the form, together with proof of identity, to the Information Officer at support@yeboyum.co.za.
- A request fee may be payable in accordance with the regulations under PAIA.
- We will respond within 30 days (extendable by a further 30 days where reasonable) and will state the reasons for any refusal.
5. Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including the protection of third-party privacy, commercial confidentiality, legally privileged information, and records held by an operator of another responsible party.
6. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforeg@justice.gov.za, or apply to court under section 78 of PAIA, if a request is refused or not responded to in time.
