What this is. This manual tells you what records Yebo Yum holds and how you can request access to them under PAIA. You can request access to records that concern you, subject to the grounds for refusal set out below.

Access may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including the protection of third-party privacy, commercial confidentiality, legally privileged information, and records held by an operator of another responsible party.

You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator at inforeg@justice.gov.za, or apply to court under section 78 of PAIA, if a request is refused or not responded to in time.
